A Little About Us

Obediah's Okedenok began in 1989,after the restoration of the 120 year old cabin built by the swamp legend, Henry Obediah Barber.
The log home is the oldest settlers' home to remain in and around the swamp.

In 2021 David and Denise Lloyd purchased the ole homestead and with the help of their family are making some major updates while keeping the integrity of the old buildings. Special Thanks to Hunter Lloyd, Adam and Kelly Spires and Eli, Ellie and Eden Spires.
